ResMed’s Lumis 100 VPAP S Tripack is a bilevel (BiPAP) device that focuses on spontaneous (S) therapy with a comfort-first design. IntelligentAir technologies help tailor therapy to the user’s breathing needs, while Vsync maintains patient–ventilator synchrony even in the presence of leaks. TiControl lets you set inspiratory timing limits, and QuickNav provides low-touch navigation between monitoring and settings. Used with the HumidAir heated humidifier and ClimateLineAir heated tubing, Lumis delivers automatic humidification. Both Ramp and Ramp-Down ease users into and out of each session, and ResScan software enables detailed therapy analysis (including leak and AHI) with optional high-resolution breath-by-breath data.
